About the Event
The Yuzawa Yuki Matsuri (snow festival) is a great festival for the whole family offering snow sculptures, taiko-drumming, fireworks, a beauty pageant, parades and dozens of delicious festival food stalls. The whole mountain lights up as a procession of skiers descend holding bright flaming torches. Come and witness the entire town come together in a festival atmosphere not to be missed!
